This is our second time using Roper Roofing, and we would use them again! Brad DiNardo went above and beyond with customer service, communication, advocating for us with insurance company and more! This crew was professional, efficient and clean up was amazing!

I was recommended Roper by my insurance company, and contacted them and Troy came out and checked the roof and found hail damage. Contacted state farm their adjuster came out and only wanted to replace part of the roof which I was not comfortable with and wanted the whole roof to be done. State Farm and Ropers adjusters were in talks about this and Ropers went to bat for me to insure I received a full roof repair. Upon approval we removed the solar panels and began to put on the new roof, only to find the house needed to be completely redecked and new clamps were needed for the solar panels to connect to the rails. Again Roper went to bat for me to get all of this approved and taken care of for me. I feel like Troy and the company went above and beyond for me and I am much appreciative for it.

To make a very long story short.... we were notified by our insurance company that the Hubble space telescope (just kidding) decided that our roof was so damaged that they would not be able to insure our house any longer. We started a damaged roof claim with our insurance. We contacted Roper roofing; Brad came out and worked with our insurance company. The roof was inspected, insurance said roof was damaged and Brad said we could start work soon and even filed paperwork with HOA. Next day insurance wants to reinspect roof. Reinspection resulted in claim denial. We argued that the damage was so great that we could not be insured and was already approved once. Brad also lobbied for us, and we got claim reinstated. Brad and crew got the job done quickly, made the adjustments I requested with no push back, and worked with us to ensure our complete satisfaction. Great company because they have a great staff..... As the office manager for a GC, I decided to get estimated for my roof replacement. I first contacted Jake with Roper Roofing and Siding back in Aug 2024 about the hailstorm we had back in the spring. He called and came out right away to look over our roof and give us an estimate. After having Jake look over the roof and talking with him, I was so comfortable I decided right away to go with Roper Roofing and not have any other estimates done. I explained that I would be contacting our insurance to place a claim and he was very accommodating and understanding about the need to wait to schedule. Well, life happened and I wasn't able to get back to him till December. We decided on a date to get the work done the first week of January 2025...wouldn't you know being in Colorado it snowed a few days before but rather than reschedule he had the crew shovel off the snow. The work was done in a day and he had my inspection scheduled right away... (they passed of coarse). With the roof done, we decided to move on the siding and of course, I had Jake do my estimate. Roper will be doing this work in the next few weeks. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a roof replacement in the future.

There are a lot of roofing companies out there and I just want to make sure to recommend Roper Roofing and Solar- I had a great experience with their team. Troy was great at managing and navigating through the process - he's clear and very responsive and easy to work with. The roofing team did a beautiful job on the roof and of course passed inspection. Outstanding company-Brent the owner came to my house and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction-I have a flat roof on my house and the job the roofers did was amazing as it was a disaster with multiple layers. The garage has a pitched roof and it also was done in the same manner. Great company and would recommend Roper roofing to anyone. Did a good job... clean, efficient, on time and on budget. Most important, the insurance company had originally denied the roof claim. Independent inspection indicated extensive damage. Roper worked with us and the insurance company to get a reinspection and ultimately approval. Could not have done this alone.

As someone who has never gone through an insurance claims process before, I can't begin to explain how helpful it was having someone like Jake H. walk me through the entire process patiently and proactively. While the work being done is important, the second most important thing was communication and Jake excelled every step of the way. Roper oversaw the installation of GAF Energy’s solar shingles, with Brad DiNardo overseeing the project. They also installed standing seam metal roofing over the porch. Both look awesome. The project was far more complex than typical because of coordination of the solar aspects with GAF, JeffCo and the power company. Brad did a great job and the result is aesthetically appealing (see photo). And, so far the solar system is exceeding projected kWh expectations by about 10%. Thank you!

We had multiple roof leaks and issues in our large church building (38,000sq ft). Brent and Josh, from Roper Roofing, came to our church and did a very thorough evaluation. They came up with various recommendations. We were able to agree upon a plan that fit our current budget. Since our building is over 60 years old, it presented some difficult challenges. Josh, who did our repair work, did a great job in being able to take care of the leaks, which will allow us time to raise funding towards completing a larger roofing project for our Fellowship Center. We highly recommend considering Roper Roofing for your small or large roofing needs.

Very impressed with Brad and Roper Roofing. Due to a hail storm claim, I needed my roof replaced and they handled all communication with HOA answered my many questions and concerns and did my roof in one day from 6am to 8pm. Clean up was fantastic and when I told them about a broken sprinkler head they came out and fixed the next day. I highly recommend Roper Roofing! Due to hail damage on our roof, it needed to be replaced along with the gutters and a few other minor items. I caught Kevin Gallagher by chance looking at my neighbor's roof after the major hail storms in 2023, and it was the best happy accident I could have asked for. He was extremely professional, thorough, and always quick to respond to questions. He took care of working with my insurance company so I wasn't the middle man. Supplies were delayed after the storms last year, and he always kept me aware of the situation and estimated wait times for the next items to be repaired. Roper took care of my concrete tile roof TWICE! Once after last fall's hailstorm caused a ton of damage and I had a different roofing company bail on me. Roper came to the rescue, then after the wind storm about a month ago, having just recently finished the hail repair, they fixed tiles that had shifted at low cost since we had just done such a major repair. I'd highly recommend these guys, Brad and Filiberto were amazing and I will be using them in the future if needed.

After a major hailstorm in May 2023 we had water in our basement, skylights broken out in our barn, and other damage. The phone rang and a very nice lady on the other end said she was with Roper Roofing and was wondering if we had any serious damage. I knew more rain was coming and we needed help. She said she could send someone out that day to to stop our leaks and assess our damage. I quickly looked them up and was pleased with their rating so I said to send someone out. Jake Hoy arrived and secured tarps over the skylights and fireplace chimney where the water was coming in. From there he submitted estimates to our insurance as we selected materials and he scheduled crews. The roofers completed the house and barn in 2 days. Jake was on site over seeing the work and making sure cleanup was complete. Everything we wanted repaired or replaced was professionally completed to our complete satisfaction. Would we work with them again? Absolutely!

We had Roper Roofing replace our roof after a hail storm came through last summer. They stuck with us as roofing supplies became scarce, & as the weather was not cooperating. We were glad too that they could remove & reinstall our solar panels. We still need the painting completed, but opted to wait for warmer weather.

We noticed a leak in our ceiling during this last round of heavy rain and called Roper Roofing. They responded SO fast and repaired our roof less than 24 hours of calling them! They were very professional and punctual, would 100% recommend them to anyone for a roof repair!

During the 2023 May storm one of our roof vents sprung a leak. This ultimately led to water coming into our kitchen. We called Roper late on a Thursday (7 PM) and the owner called me directly back. Even though they were slammed with all the hail calls Kevin was able to come out the next day at 8 am to assess the leak. It appeared to only need a resealing on the vent. Kevin completed the work quickly and professionally. Best part? They didn’t even charge us as a first time courtesy. Roper has earned our life time business.

This is what happened to me, my buddy works for another roofing company in Denver, but my wife got a recommendation for Roper. John Jamison came out to do an inspection after the recent hail storms. He answered the phone right away and came out the very next day, even with it raining off and on. He did a thorough assessment and took pictures. He noticed our builder had failed to seal the vent coming out of our roof for our living room fireplace. Our builder would not help us out since we have been in our house for 3 years so he came out and sealed it properly for us within a couple days after I told him our builder would not! He was very easy to communicate with, personable and genuine and gave us a great deal! Would highly recommend him and his team!

So you’re looking for a roofing company…They all seem the same, willing to come out and give you a free inspection, and slap a new roof on. Not a significant difference in price, maybe one is slightly cheaper than the other. Simple decision, right? Well, with Roper that’s absolutely the case, but they go even further than their competitors and here’s why: For us, it all started with a small stain on our ceiling. We had a roof leak, trickling through our attic. I called a few places and they said they’d fix the roof, no problem, but I needed to connect it with a specific event so it would be covered by insurance. Roper was able to pinpoint the exact storm and date that occurred (it was a hail storm that happened when I had just purchased the home but wasn’t there at the time due to ongoing renovations). That saved us a lot of time and money with our insurance company, which is obviously the biggest thing one must address when filing a claim. Later, when we were evaluating the condition of the roof, it was found that more extensive damage was present due to the leak than previously anticipated. Roper not only gave us an affordable estimate to conduct this work, they found other hail damage on the house not even associated with the roof that was (eventually) also covered (AC unit, siding, gutters, garage). Roper went the extra mile to get the additional payment from the insurance, which wound up covering the additional roof repairs as well new gutters, which btw are not cheap. Finally, through the entire process, Roper was clear with their communication and on time with all of their visits, paperwork, and payment structure. They were courteous and respectful with our busy schedule, while working to get the most out of our insurance payment so we were left whole again. I was very, very impressed with their work ethic and respect given to our property. They even helped with some touch up paint needed where some nails penetrated through certain portion visible from the outside. I can’t tell you how professional they were with addressing everything, all the little details, it really meant a lot. That’s the type of you roofer you choose! A BIG shout out to Kevin. He was an exceptional contact over at Roper Roofing, making himself available to all questions, working extra hard to address all our issues and scheduling, and being sure all our needs were met throughout the entire process. Kevin helped us in communicating our needs with his estimate team and the roof repair crew (picking up nail because we had dogs, etc), as well as being sure everything was crystal clear and in the paperwork so we had no issues during and after the repairs were completed. We recently purchased a home that (unexpectedly) turned out to need a lot of work. As a result, we have had to work with a not-insignificant number of contractors over the last 7 months. Of them all, Roper Roofing (and Kevin G.) has been the absolute best. Working with them has been a breath of fresh air. They do amazing things like: call you back promptly, provide honest answers to questions, show up as scheduled, and perform quality work. These guys were awesome. First, they came out and did a free inspection of our roof prior to selling our house to confirm that our roof was in good condition and did not need replacing due to hail damage (something we had be told wasn’t the case a few times.) During that inspection, they noticed a few things with they could work on and helped us make a few repairs to the furnace and attic venting pipes on our roof. They were communicative and very helpful in explaining what the issues were and what work needed to be performed. They were thorough and did a fantastic job. They also helped us apply some gutter sealant to a hard to reach gutter - which was out of scope for them but they were more than willing to help out before they wrapped up the job. Would recommend to anyone!

These guys recently installed solar on my home and it was a smooth process from start to finish. I worked with Brad, who was just outstanding! Here's why: 1') Brad listened! After getting bids from another local and one of the huge national solar companies, I knew exactly where I wanted the panels to go. Other companies refused because I had an old, unused kitchen fan vent right where the panel array would go. Brad and his crew took a look at it and not only were they willing to remove the vent and re-shingle the area, but they did this as a free addition. Now the old vent is gone and solar panels are nicely grouped together right there, in the most efficient area of roof. 2) High efficiency solar panels. The national company would only install lower efficiency panels. Roper Roofing and Solar used LG panels that were 10% more efficient. Make sure you look at this when considering the big companies. The same number of panels does not mean the same amount of energy you can generate. 3) Price - my price was much lower than the other local company and yes, even less than the huge national company. 4) Personal. Brad not only did the appraisal, but he showed up to work with the installation crew. This ensured I was not told one thing by the sales department and then get something different installed. 5) Communication. All projects have some delays. The delays with my job were due to weather, city permits, and Xcel energy. For this reason, Brad gave me his personal phone number and the number of their electrician. We texted back and forth whenever there was a delay or whenever I had a question (and I had a LOT of questions). 6) Appearance. They minimized the conduit by going through the attic. Instead of a huge power inverter next to my main breaker box, they used microinverters that are mounted below each panel. Brilliant! I don't have an eye sore on the back of my home. See the photo; there are only two small boxes added to my home. 7) Monitoring App. Brad chose a monitoring system that has an easy-to-use app. He added a perk: a consumption monitor that will also measure how much energy I actually use in the home. Now I don't have to wait to get my Xcel bill in order to know how much power I use. For example, I can literally see usage peaks throughout the day whenever I run the laundry dryer. 8) Friendly. It has been such a pleasure talking with every person at Roper Roofing and Solar, from start to finish. This review is getting long. I'm going to go bask in the sun, just like my solar panels. They showed up when they promised and completed the job on time. The work they did was very good. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Our house was in need of a new roof and we were interested in solar as well. Roper Roofing (and Brad D.) in particular were recommended through the GAF site for their solar shingles. Roper did a great job on the installation and navigating all the things needed for the solar shingles and inspections, etc. We were able to get a new roof and solar for probably $15K less than a roof and panels. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We were looking to add solar and when the roof was inspected, it needed to be replaced. Brad worked with the insurance company to try and get the roof covered, but even though it wasn't covered through insurance (missed the time window to file a claim), we still hired him to do the work. They were very quick to get the job scheduled and completed. The did a great job and handled all the permits. I would definitely use them again.

Kevin was knowledgeable and helpful with our complicated roof issue that involved water damage. He took time to look over, take photos and discover the issue in the attic. Kevin helped me to coordinate services to restore damaged section of the roof, attic & ventilation system. Roper Roofing & Solar did a beautiful job.

I began working with Brent at Roper Roofing and Solar in late July due to a hail claim and a desire to have solar installed at my property. I interviewed numerous (not just a couple) roofing companies/solar installers (including some very large entities that spend an inordinate amount of money on advertising). The moment I met Brent and the team at Roper Roofing and Solar, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Brent was just amazing to deal with. On top of that (if that wasn't enough, honestly), he is fortunate to have Nick on his team. Nick was been in the insurance adjusting business for the last 20 years and migrated over to work in the private sector with Brent at Roper Roofing and Solar. Nick identified deficiencies from the insurance adjuster and single handedly was able to get some additional funds from the insurance company that frankly I would have never seen without him! I can't emphasize enough how positive of an experience I have had (yes, I am referring to a roofing company just so we are on the same page). I had to replace 4 other roofs since I have owned homes in Colorado and not one of them was even a pleasant experience. Don't even second guess it, you will not be disappointed I promise! As a side note, I went with a relatively new roofing material that has amazing hail capabilities called F-Wave (you need this - better than any Class 4 shingle and just amazingly beautiful). I was a tad worried going with this new(ish) product, but I did extensive research and even interviewed local representative with F-Wave (I am a former engineer and super ummmm particular let's say). You won't have to replace this roof due to pretty much any hail storm. Roper Roofing and Solar did an amazing job installing the F-Wave. Literally the best construction experience I have encountered!

My State Farm agent referred Roper Roofing and they did a great job with roof replacement and gutter replacement and were able to get insurance to pay for the gutter replacement which was a pleasant surprise. Richard worked directly with the State Farm adjuster and I never had to deal with them. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed a new roof, however it would have to be in a different home as these impact resistant shingles that were installed should last long time!

Brad is super responsive and the work crew is amazing. They stripped, loaded and installed our entire roof in one day. We live in a large ranch with a lot of roof footage so it was truly remarkable. The quality is outstanding.

Well, in short: Brad and his team from Roper-Roofing were great, very reasonably priced, respectful and clean. We had to replace the shingles on our old Victorian-house roof as well as on the carriage house. In addition to that, we replaced several skylights and all gutters. The entire crew was on time every early morning hour and worked hard throughout the 2.5 days. They cleaned the entire property (also throughout with large magnets), put all garden items back on its place and were friendly and respectful the whole time. Brad was always on project-side to communicate with his crew and us, navigated us through (minor) unsuspecting changes/challenges and was just great to have him on our side. We have used Ropa at two different houses. They are the best roofer in Colorado. Period. They are professional, honest, and provide absolutely superior work. And when something isn’t right, they fix it...immediately. I’ve recommended them to several friends, and everyone has had equally wonderful experiences.

In September/October of 2018 we had our roof replaced by Ropa. At that time, we had numerous issues with our (then) Account Manager who was handling our account, including a consistent lack of communication, multiple missed appointments/no-shows, incomplete work, working during times we didn't authorize, leaving our fence gate open for our dog to escape, etc. Although we understood that the company was inundated with work at that time (following a major hailstorm), this situation was truly untenable. HOWEVER, somewhere between 4-6 weeks after the project began, we started only working with the owner, Brent, and made him aware of the situation. Brent was understanding and apologetic. He was able to turn things around and get the job completed quickly and professionally, which we appreciated. Two years later (October 2020), we called Ropa to fix what looked like a couple of roof tiles coming loose, and to secure some flashing. Brady (different Account Manager from 2018) come to our house to do a quick inspection and provide a quote. He was punctual and very pleasant to work with. Brady explained that the previous Account Manager we worked with was no longer with the company, and Brady apologized for the service we received in 2018. He then proceeded to fix the issues we had (~15 minutes of work) and didn't charge us. Again, we really appreciated that given our previous experiences. In summary, what started off as a set of negative experiences was turned around by Brent and Brady, and we continue to be customers who recommend their work.

My home has a tricky roofline (very low slope). After talking to a few companies about repairs or replacements outside insurance, it was clear Ropa was the most experienced and offered the best solution. In my opinion, what sets Ropa Roofing apart from other companies is their commitment to customer service. It seems like most roofing companies these days sacrifice quality for quantity. Brady and Brent worked diligently, patiently and professionally while searching for the cause of a small / sporadic leak at my home after replacing my roof about a year ago. Eventually the problem was identified as condensation problem that was caused by the original builder, not subsequent roof replacement. They could not have been more helpful, before or after the problem was identified as not being roof related.

They repaired a flat roof over our garage. A roofing material was applied that sealed every inch of what was a very problematic roof. Since then, we have had no problems. We are so happy we found Ropa Roofing. Everything, from estimate to finished job, went smoothly.
